Store Pickup

Pickup your goods at a Provider Stores branch in Singapore (Kranji, Tuas, Orchard, Little India).

You will be notified when goods are ready for pickup (usually from immediately to within 1 working day of order completion). If goods ordered are not in stock, you will be contacted by our customer service team.

To purchase in installments:

• Select product, no. of months, and quantity

• Make your first payment:
  - Select the Blue button to pay online with a
  debit or credit card
  - Select the Green “Whatsapp to Buy Offline”
  button to pay at store or via offline methods

• Complete the installment application form sent to you. ID & Income proof may be required

*Purchase on installments is subject to our approval of the application. A guarantor may be required for your application. We reserve the right to reject any application which does not satisfy our criteria, including our credit and risk management policies, at our sole discretion. For applications not approved, any first payment made will be refunded via the same payment method.

Offline Payments

Offline payment via bank transfer, PayNow, PayLah or in Cash or Nets is accepted if you do not have a credit or debit card.

On checkout, you will need to complete the application sent to you, and make your first payment offline.
