Store Pickup

Pickup your goods at a Provider Stores branch in Singapore (Kranji, Tuas, Orchard, Little India).

Store Pickup: You will be notified when goods are ready for pickup (usually from immediately to within 1 working day of order completion). If goods ordered are not in stock, you will be contacted by our customer service team.

To purchase in installments:

• Checkout with the first payment

• Complete the application form on checkout. ID proof and Income proof required.

We reserve the right to reject any application which does not satisfy our criteria, including our credit and risk management policies, at our sole discretion. For applications not approved, any first payment made will be refunded via the same payment method.

Online Payments

Pay securely with credit or debit card.

Setup Giro/Recurring Billing for monthly payment of installments

Offline Payments

Offline payment via bank transfer, PayNow, PayLah or in Cash or Nets is accepted if you do not have a credit or debit card.

On checkout, you will need to complete the application emailed to you, and make your first payment offline.
